HELP!!!! Misleading Property Advertisement.?

I bought a property around 9 months old, now I need to sale it because lost job then new agent told me, the house I bought with 4 bedroom now only become 2 bedroom and 2 purpose room, because other two bedroom is not legal height. So now the resale value of my house is lower then what could have been but on the advertising brochure that I bought the house based on it stated that it is a 4 bedroom house. Can I sue the real estate company for Misleading sale and hence causing me to lose my potential gain had it been a 4 bedroom house???? Can anyone HELP
