Integrated Intel� GMA 4500 graphics card?

i am not very familiar with intel graphics cards, what type of raedon or nvidia graphics card would be equivilant to this one? also this is a desktop grphics card but it's intel. i know on laptops if a graphics card is intel it's built into the motherboard and cannot be replaced, is this also true for desktops? thank you
