Is IBM Watson cheating on the buzzing in on jeopardy?

I read some jeopardy rules, if a player clicks in before the question is read completely he/she is penalized 1/4 of Second. Because of that rule a human player that knows the answer even before its read completely must wait till Trebek finished talking, I believe Watson is faster at reacting to that transition where players can answer. Watson has his own clicker on I realize, but the mechanism that works it is set off the moment trebek is finished speaking. Any way what do you think?
