Well then tell her how you feel. Tell her that you don't wanna listen to her crap about how she doesn't like gay people. She can believe what she wants to believe, but she shouldn't go around talking about other people. She's all religious right? Doesn't she know that judging and talking bad about other people is a SIN? Even if they are gay she has no right to judge them. I think you should tell her off, but not in a mean way. Just tell her that you don't wanna here it anymore.
