What is the legal procedure to adopt a monkey from another country? Help Please, this is very important to me

This is one of my dreams, i love them, they are my favorite animal, and i just need to know how to make my dream come TRUE. So anyone out there please fill me in if you know anything. I have already contacted the USDA, but i have not heard back. Example: what type of license? How Much money? What type of Paperwork? What type of Shots? How long does the monkey have to be held(not let into the country) since its coming from another country? Any answers will help. Thanks, Mandy!
